Steak with spiced couscous and broccolini

- 1 cup fresh coriandercilantroX
- 1 long red chilli, deseeded, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 4 x 150g lean rump or scotch fillet steaks, trimmed
- oil spray
- 1 cup cooked couscous
- 8 cups steamed broccolini and green beans, to serve

1 Use a stick blender or food processor to blend coriander, chilli, cumin and orange juice into a smooth paste. Place steaks in a shallow, non-metallic bowl. Pour over half the coriander mixture and stir to coat.
2 Spray a chargrill pan with oil and heat to high. Cook steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove, cover loosely and rest for 3 minutes.
3 Add remaining marinade to couscous and stir to combine.
4 Divide couscous among 4 serving plates, top with steak and serve with steamed vegetables.
